Limited Warranty – Beryl CNC

Warranty Coverage:

1.1 Beryl CNC, LLC provides a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) for all products sold by our company.

1.2 This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

1.3 The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Process:

2.1 In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please use the contact form on our website or email our customer service team at orders@berylcnc.com to initiate a warranty claim.

2.2 Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs or proof of purchase, to assess the situation.

2.3 If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, we will provide instructions for the repair or replacement of the product.

Repair or Replacement:

3.1 Beryl CNC will, at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of similar or better quality.

3.2 The repair or replacement will be performed free of charge, including any necessary parts and labor.

3.3 The repaired or replaced product will be covered by the remaining duration of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.

Exclusions and Limitations:

4.1 This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

– Improper installation, use, or maintenance of the product

– Accidental or intentional damage

– Unauthorized modifications or repairs

– Normal wear and tear

– Failure to follow the product instructions or guidelines

– Acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or lightning

4.2 Consumable items, including but not limited to cutting tools, lubricants, or other items intended to be depleted or used up during product operation, are not covered under this warranty.

4.3 The warranty does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

Voiding of Warranty:

5.1 Any attempt to repair or modify the product by unauthorized personnel will void this warranty.

5.2 Opening the product’s casing or removing any labels or serial numbers will also void the warranty.
